Running Workshops / Training Days

We welcome runners of all ages and abilities to our workshops. Whether you are training for your first Fun Run or working towards that Personal Best. Learn how to improve your technique – run efficiently – warm up & cool down correctly – stay injury free – set new & realistic goals – pace setting etc.

Whether they are running as part of a team or as an individual representing your Charity, we can tailor training programmes & workshop days to suit their specific needs over any distance.
